Hello fabulous friends! Thank you so much for joining me in my kitchen!

I grew up in Butte America surrounded by amazing home cooks like my mom, both of my lovely grandmas, and occasionally even my grandpa. My dad on the other hand microwaved eggs in a bowl for breakfast, so we won't be using any of his recipes. My sister and I both were spoiled when it came to people cooking for us and it was a major way that we bonded while growing up. I have always had a passion for food, especially eating it, but it wasn't until college that my passion for eating food grew into cooking it. I was always seeing beautiful food on TV that I couldn't get locally, so I decided to teach myself how to cook the yummy food I saw on tv. Food quickly became a creative outlet for me where I could express myself and also share love with the special people in my life. My first recipes may not have all been winners (ask my husband about tuna tostadas) but practice makes perfect. Now, he would say my recipes are practically perfect in every way!

Now, living in Boise, Idaho, and after a year like 2020, I realized that the future is not guaranteed and if you have an idea or a dream, then you better go chase it. And that's exactly what I am doing! Chasing my dream of creating fun and exciting recipes that every home cook can use to entertain, gather, and spread love and positivity with. I hope you enjoy!
