The easiest and most delicious Caprese!
Ingredients:
2 peaches sliced (I used Diamond Princess )
8 ounces of sliced mozzarella
Handful of basil
Balsamic vinegar glaze (mine is from @traderjoes)
Directions:
Starting with mozzarella, then basil leaf, and then peach slice; lay down the ingredients in a circular design on a plate.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar glaze. Told you it was easy!
